Dream Bubbles is provided by VJ-CONNECT for personal dream recording and reflection. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or authoritative dream interpretation.
Using the app
You retain rights to your journal content. Use the app lawfully and respect the rights of others when sharing files. No account is required. You are responsible for access to your device and for keeping backups of information you want to preserve.
Free and Premium features
Core journaling, search and manual backup export are free. Premium provides creation of monthly dream albums, dream connections and additional garden themes. When Premium ends, your journal and already saved albums remain readable; creation and use of Premium-only features require an active entitlement.
Subscriptions
Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically. The applicable price, currency and billing period are displayed by the store before purchase. Payment is charged to your store account. On Apple platforms, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid renewal. Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Plan changes take effect according to store rules. Use Restore Purchases with the original store account to recover eligible access; purchases do not imply a cross-platform transfer.
Refunds and consumer rights
Request refunds through the store where you purchased, under its rules and applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or limits liability where doing so is prohibited by law.
Local storage and availability
Cloud journal sync is not provided. Removing the app or losing a device may remove local data. Store manual backups safely; exported files are not encrypted by the app. We may update or maintain the service and will communicate material changes where appropriate. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or recovery of unbacked-up data. These statements do not override rights or responsibilities under applicable law.

VJ-CONNECTが提供する「ゆめの泡」は、個人の夢の記録・振り返りを目的とします。医療助言・診断・治療・確定的な夢占いは提供しません。
利用と記録
日記内容に関する権利は利用者に帰属します。法令を守り、共有時は他者の権利を尊重してください。アカウント登録は不要です。端末へのアクセスと、大切な記録のバックアップは利用者が管理してください。
無料機能とPremium
基本の記録・検索・手動バックアップ書き出しは無料です。Premiumは月間標本帳の作成、夢のつながり、追加の庭テーマを提供します。契約終了後も日記・保存済み標本帳は閲覧でき、Premium専用機能の新規作成・利用には有効な権利が必要です。
自動更新・解約
月額・年額は自動更新されます。適用価格・通貨・請求期間は購入前にストア画面へ表示され、ストアアカウントに請求されます。Appleでは現在の期間が終了する24時間前までに解約してください。Apple AccountまたはGoogle Playの購読管理から管理・解約できます。アプリ削除だけでは解約されません。プラン変更の適用時期はストアの規則に従います。復元には元のストアアカウントを使用してください。異なるOS間での購入移行を保証するものではありません。
返金と消費者の権利
返金は購入したストアで、同ストアの規則と適用法令に従い申請してください。本規約は強行法規による消費者の権利を排除せず、法令上認められない責任の免除・制限を行いません。
保存とサービス
日記のクラウド同期はありません。アプリ削除や端末紛失でローカル記録が失われる場合があります。手動バックアップを安全に保管してください。書き出しファイルは本アプリで暗号化されません。更新・保守を行うことがあり、重要な変更は必要に応じ案内します。無停止の提供やバックアップのないデータの復旧を保証しませんが、適用法令上の権利・義務を妨げるものではありません。
