VJ-CONNECT operates Dream Bubbles. This policy explains how information is handled in the app.

Your dream journal

Dream text, dates, feelings, tags, favorites, drafts, albums and related settings are stored in the app’s private storage on your device. We do not upload this journal content to our servers or to RevenueCat. The app has no cloud journal sync, advertising SDK or separate analytics SDK.

Purchases

Subscriptions use Apple App Store or Google Play and RevenueCat. They process purchase history, receipts or purchase tokens, subscription status and an app user identifier to validate purchases, restore access and manage Premium. RevenueCat may also process technical information such as app/SDK version, platform, device information and network information as described in its policy. An anonymous app identifier does not mean purchase records are unidentifiable. We disable RevenueCat’s automatic device-identifier collection and do not use purchases for cross-app advertising tracking.

Backups and sharing

The journal database is configured to be excluded from automatic OS cloud backups. Keep manual backups before deleting the app or changing devices. Exported backup files contain private journal data and are not encrypted by this app. You choose where to save them. Album artwork can be shared as an image or video after a preview; the artwork does not include dream text, titles or tags. A chosen storage or sharing service handles files under its own policies.

Device authentication

App lock uses authentication provided by your device. We do not receive or store biometric data. App lock restricts screen access; it does not independently encrypt your journal or backup files.

Retention and deletion

Deleted dreams stay in Trash for 30 days and are cleaned up when the app next runs. You can permanently delete them sooner. Related saved albums are invalidated or removed. Files already exported elsewhere cannot be deleted by the app. Store and RevenueCat transaction records are retained according to their policies and applicable obligations.

Support and your choices

Information you submit through our support form is used to answer your request and resolve issues. Do not send private dream text, passwords or payment details. Contact VJ-CONNECT to request access, correction or deletion of information we hold, or raise a privacy concern. Rights and available remedies depend on applicable law. Service providers may process information outside your country under their policies. Our website contact form is covered by the website privacy policy.

We will publish policy changes on this page with an updated date. Material changes will be explained in the app or update information when appropriate.
