Mizube Biyori, provided by VJ-CONNECT, helps manage care schedules, care records, diaries, photos and reviews. Please read these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Care decisions and reminders
The app assists with record keeping and scheduling. It does not provide veterinary diagnoses or individualized husbandry advice. Choose care frequency, water temperature and food according to the animal’s needs. Reminders may be delayed or missed due to device settings or operating conditions.
Free features and Plus
The free plan supports up to 3 active animals; archived animals do not count. Plus provides unlimited animal registration, long-term charts and detailed reviews. Existing records and care remain available after a subscription ends, but adding or restoring animals is restricted when the free limit is reached. Basic care management, diaries and original photos, standard sharing, backups and the current month’s review are free. Plus provides past-month summaries and calendars, photo comparisons and monthly share cards. Ending a paid subscription does not delete your original care records.
Prices and automatic renewal
Monthly and annual auto-renewing plans are available. Review the currency, price and period shown before purchase. Prices for Japan are JPY 300 per month or JPY 2,400 per year. The annual price is charged upfront for the full year. Payment is charged to your store account, and the subscription renews each billing period until you stop automatic renewal. The store confirmation screen shows the final purchase terms.
Cancellation, refunds and restoration
Cancel through the subscription management screen of the store used for purchase. Deleting the app or its records does not cancel a subscription. Access normally continues until the end of the paid period after cancellation. Refunds follow store procedures and applicable law. Restoration requires the store account used for purchase. Purchases are not shared between iOS and Android.
Your content
Rights to records and photos remain with you or their rightful owners. Do not infringe others’ rights or privacy. Keep backups when needed. We cannot recover records stored only on your device following device failure, app removal or other data loss.
Changes and responsibility
We may change or interrupt the service for maintenance, incident response or other operational needs, and provide appropriate notice of material changes. These terms do not restrict rights granted by applicable law or exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
