Scope and operator
VJ-CONNECT provides Mizube Biyori and handles information as described below.
Care records and photos
Animal and tank information, care schedules and history, diaries and photos are stored on your device. The app does not send their contents to our servers or provide family sharing or its own cloud synchronization. Operating-system backups and device transfers follow your device and account settings.
Photos, reminders and sharing
The app imports photos you select and schedules local care reminders with your permission. Newly imported photos are converted without copying location and other metadata; visible image content is not anonymized. Sharing and backup export happen at your request. The selected destination handles exported data under its own terms.
Purchase management
Paid plans use Apple App Store, Google Play and RevenueCat. Purchase verification, restoration and subscription management involve an anonymous app user ID, product and transaction information, purchase tokens or receipts, subscription status and technical information such as device and operating system details. Network information such as an IP address may also be processed. We do not send diaries, photos or care records to RevenueCat or receive your full payment card number. Automatic advertising identifier collection and additional diagnostics are disabled.
Providers and international processing
RevenueCat, Inc. processes purchase management information on our behalf. This information may be processed outside your country, including in the United States. Stores also process information under their respective privacy policies.
Support
If you contact support, we use your email address and message to respond. Please send only information needed for assistance. Do not send passwords, private keys or payment card numbers.
Retention and your choices
You can delete care records in the app. Delete exported backups and shared files at their destinations. Purchase management and support information is retained only as needed to provide the service, respond to requests, prevent fraud and meet legal requirements. Contact us about access, correction or deletion; we respond under applicable law after verifying the request. Deleting records or uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
