VJ-CONNECT（以下「当社」といいます）は、スマートフォンアプリ「露出帳（Roshutsucho）」（以下「本アプリ」といいます）をご利用いただくお客様の個人情報保護を重要な責務と認識し、以下のプライバシーポリシーを定め、適切に取り扱います。
本アプリは、フィルム写真の露出計算を行うツールであり、以下の情報のみを取り扱います：
重要：これらの情報はすべてお客様のデバイス内にのみ保存され、外部のサーバーやクラウドには一切送信されません。
利用状況の送信は初期状態でオフです。設定の「利用状況を共有」をお客様がオンにした場合のみ、Firebase Analytics を使って機能の閲覧、タイマーの開始・完了、プリセットの保存・呼び出し、購入画面の閲覧・購入完了を分析します。Firebase が付与するアプリインスタンス識別子、端末・OS・アプリの情報、セッション情報、おおまかな地域などの分析情報も処理されます。
入力した露出値、プリセット名、写真、正確な位置情報、レビュー内容は送信しません。広告IDを利用せず、広告の配信・パーソナライズは行いません。いつでも設定から送信を停止でき、停止時に端末上の分析用データをリセットします。すでに送信されたデータは、この操作だけでGoogleのサーバーから削除されるものではありません。本バージョンではFirebase Crashlyticsによる収集を無効にしています。
Pro機能（ストアに表示される価格の買い切り）を購入された場合、RevenueCat を通じて以下の情報が処理されます：
これらの情報は購入の検証および復元のためにのみ使用され、お客様の氏名、住所、クレジットカード情報などの決済情報は当社には一切送信されません。決済情報は Apple または Google によって管理されます。
収集した情報は、以下の目的でのみ利用します：
マーケティング目的での利用はありません。当社は、お客様の情報を広告配信やダイレクトマーケティングに使用することはありません。
計算パラメータ、プリセット、設定情報、タイマーとレビュー依頼の頻度を制御する記録は、アプリの端末内ストレージに保存します。購入状態は購入・復元のためストアとRevenueCatでも処理されます。端末内の設定について：
有効にした場合の Firebase Analytics によって収集された利用状況データは、Google のサーバーに保存されます。これらのデータは、Google の Firebase サービス利用規約およびプライバシーポリシーに従って管理されます。

当社は、お客様の快適な利用体験を重視し、第三者広告ネットワークを使用していません。そのため、広告関連のトラッキングやターゲティングは一切行われません。
本アプリは、13歳未満のお子様を対象としたサービスではありません。当社は、13歳未満のお子様から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。
保護者の方が、お子様が当社に個人情報を提供したことに気づかれた場合は、下記の連絡先までご連絡ください。速やかに当該情報を削除いたします。
お客様は、以下の権利を有します：
設定の「利用状況を共有」をオフにすると、以後の利用状況分析の送信を停止します。
当社は、法令の変更や本アプリの機能追加に伴い、本プライバシーポリシーを変更することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内での通知またはウェブサイトでの告知を行います。

VJ-CONNECT (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "our") recognizes the protection of personal information of customers using the smartphone application "Roshutsucho" (hereinafter referred to as "the App") as an important responsibility. We have established the following Privacy Policy and handle information appropriately.
The App is a tool for calculating film photography exposures and handles only the following information:
Important: All of this information is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to external servers or the cloud.
Usage sharing is off by default. Only when you enable Share usage data in Settings, Firebase Analytics processes feature views, timer starts and completions, preset saves and loads, paywall views and completed purchases. Firebase also processes an app-instance identifier, device, OS and app information, session information and approximate region for analytics.
Exposure values, preset names, photos, precise location and review content are not sent. Advertising identifiers and ad personalization are not used. You can stop sharing in Settings at any time; this also resets analytics data on your device. It does not by itself delete data already sent to Google's servers. Firebase Crashlytics collection is disabled in this version.
If you purchase the Pro features (a one-time purchase at the price shown in the store), the following information is processed through RevenueCat:
This information is used only for purchase verification and restoration. Your name, address, credit card information, and other payment details are never sent to us. Payment information is managed by Apple or Google.
We use the collected information only for the following purposes:
No marketing use. We do not use your information for advertising delivery or direct marketing.
Calculation parameters, presets, settings, timer state and review-frequency records are stored in the app on your device. Purchase status is also processed by the store and RevenueCat for purchase verification and restoration. Local settings:

The App displays no advertisements whatsoever.
We value your comfortable user experience and do not use third-party advertising networks. Therefore, no ad-related tracking or targeting occurs.
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If a parent or guardian becomes aware that their child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the address below. We will promptly delete such information.

Turn off Share usage data in Settings to stop future analytics collection.
We may update this Privacy Policy in response to legal changes or new features in the App. In case of significant changes, we will notify you through the App or on our website.
