VJ-CONNECT（以下「当社」）は、フィルム手帳（以下「本アプリ」）をご利用いただくお客様の個人情報を適切に保護することを重要な責務と考えています。本プライバシーポリシーは、本アプリにおける個人情報の取り扱いについて定めたものです。
撮影記録・カメラ・ラボ・メモ・アプリ設定は端末内に保存します。本アプリのクラウド同期機能はありません。CSVを共有すると、選択したアプリや共有先へ出力内容が渡されます。
本番版では、不具合の調査のためFirebase Crashlyticsがクラッシュ情報、スタックトレース、端末・OS・アプリの情報、インストールやセッションに関する識別情報を処理し、Googleのサーバーへ送信します。Firebase Analyticsによる行動分析や広告配信は行っていません。
RevenueCatは購入確認・復元のため、アプリ内ユーザー識別子、購入履歴、商品・取引情報、端末・アプリ情報を処理します。決済はAppleまたはGoogleが行い、本アプリはカード番号を取得しません。
端末内の記録は、フィルムの在庫管理、撮影・現像履歴、統計表示、通知に使用します。クラッシュ情報は不具合の調査・品質改善に、購入情報はPro機能の有効化・購入復元に使用します。お問い合わせ時には、メールアドレスとお問い合わせ内容をサポート対応に使用します。
撮影記録と設定はアプリ用の保存領域に保存します。端末のOSによるアクセス保護を利用しており、本アプリ独自のデータベース暗号化は行っていません。端末やOSの設定によってはシステムのバックアップ対象になる場合があります。
記録の削除操作では、画面から除外されても内部にデータが残る場合があります。端末内のアプリデータ全体は、アプリの削除（取り除く操作ではなく削除）やOSのアプリデータ消去で削除できます。共有済みCSVやシステムのバックアップは別途削除してください。
外部サービスの診断・購入情報は各サービスの保持方針に従って保存され、アンインストールだけでは削除されません。削除等のご相談は下記窓口へご連絡ください。対象を確認したうえで、サービスの機能および法令上の保存義務に応じて対応します。
サービス提供のため、Google（Firebase Crashlytics）とRevenueCatに上記の情報が送信されます。各社の取り扱いは以下をご確認ください。

決済情報はAppleまたはGoogleの方針に従って処理されます。データを広告目的で販売することはありません。
外部サービスとの通信には暗号化通信を使用します。端末内データの保護のため、端末の画面ロックやOSの更新もご利用ください。メモやお問い合わせには、カード番号など不要な機密情報を記載しないでください。

VJ-CONNECT ("we", "us", or "our") considers the proper protection of personal information of customers using Film Techō ("the App") as an important responsibility. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information in the App.
Shooting records, cameras, labs, notes and settings are stored on your device. The app does not provide cloud synchronization. When you share a CSV, its contents are sent to the app or destination you choose.
In production builds, Firebase Crashlytics processes crash reports, stack traces, device, OS and app information, and installation/session identifiers, and sends diagnostic information to Google servers. We do not use Firebase Analytics for behavioral analytics or display advertising.
RevenueCat processes app user identifiers, purchase history, product and transaction information, and device/app information to verify and restore purchases. Apple or Google processes payment; the app does not collect card numbers.
Local records support film inventory, shooting and development history, statistics and reminders. Diagnostic information supports troubleshooting and quality improvements. Purchase information enables and restores Pro features. If you contact support, your email address and message are used to respond to your request.
Records and settings are stored in app-specific storage protected by the operating system. The app does not separately encrypt its database. System backups may include app data depending on your device settings.
Deleting a record may hide it while retaining internal data. To remove all local app data, delete the app (rather than offloading it) or clear its data through the operating system. Shared CSV files and system backups must be removed separately.
External diagnostic and purchase information is retained according to each service provider’s policies and is not deleted simply by uninstalling the app. Contact us below about deletion or other requests. We will identify the relevant data and respond subject to service capabilities and legal retention requirements.

Apple or Google handles payment information under its own policies. We do not sell data for advertising.
Connections to external services use encrypted transport. Use your device’s screen lock and keep its operating system updated to help protect local data. Avoid entering unnecessary sensitive information, such as card numbers, in notes or support messages.
